Grout Geek Business OS

Grout Geek Business OS is a private business-management application used by Grout Geek to manage customer relationships, estimates, scheduling, field work, inventory, invoicing, payments, expenses, quality follow-up, and business reporting.

The application is owner-controlled. It is not a public customer portal and does not offer public account registration.

QuickBooks Online connection

The first QuickBooks Online release uses owner-authorized OAuth and read-only company verification. Grout Geek Business OS does not store a QuickBooks password. OAuth credentials and tokens are protected for the signed-in Windows user outside the application repository.

Automatic accounting synchronization, posting transactions, charging customers, deleting records, categorizing transactions, and reconciliation writes are disabled in the first release. Any future accounting import or recommendation workflow will require verified record mapping and owner review.

The owner can disconnect QuickBooks Online from the application's Settings screen. Disconnecting revokes Intuit access and removes the locally protected OAuth tokens; it does not delete records in QuickBooks Online.
