Connect QuickBooks Online
QuickBooks Online can be connected only by the authorized Grout Geek owner.
1. Start the Grout Geek Business OS desktop application on the authorized Windows computer.
2. Sign in to the local owner account.
3. Open Settings → QuickBooks Online.
4. Select Connect QuickBooks Online.
5. Sign in directly on Intuit's authorization page.
6. Choose the correct Grout Geek QuickBooks Online company and approve the requested accounting scope.
7. Return to Settings and verify that the exact company name and verification time are displayed.
The application does not ask for or store a QuickBooks password. The first release is read-only and does not post or modify QuickBooks accounting entries.
If the connection was previously removed, follow the same steps to reconnect. A new owner authorization is required.
