QuickBooks Online access has been disconnected

When the owner completes the disconnect workflow, Grout Geek Business OS revokes the Intuit authorization and removes its locally protected OAuth tokens. The application can no longer read the authorized QuickBooks company unless the owner connects it again.

Disconnecting does not:

delete transactions, reports, customers, invoices, or other records in QuickBooks Online;

cancel the owner's QuickBooks Online subscription;

delete the separate local Grout Geek Business OS database or backups; or

create, modify, or delete a QuickBooks accounting entry.

To reconnect, start Grout Geek Business OS, sign in locally, open Settings → QuickBooks Online, and select Connect QuickBooks Online. The owner must sign in directly with Intuit and authorize the company again.
