Grout Geek Business OS Terms of Use

Grout Geek Business OS is a private internal application for authorized Grout Geek operators. It is not licensed or offered as a public software service.
Authorized use
The application may be used only for legitimate Grout Geek business operations by an authorized operator. The operator is responsible for protecting access credentials, reviewing the accuracy of business records, maintaining appropriate backups, and confirming consequential actions before they occur.
Owner review and accounting responsibility
Application calculations, recommendations, estimates, scheduling suggestions, and AI-assisted content are decision-support tools. The owner remains responsible for prices, scope, taxes, scheduling, customer communications, accounting treatment, legal compliance, and records submitted to QuickBooks Online or another provider.
The first QuickBooks Online release verifies an owner-authorized company and performs no QuickBooks accounting writes. Future provider capabilities, if enabled, will be described in the application and may require additional owner approval.
Third-party services
QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks and services of Intuit Inc. Grout Geek Business OS is not sponsored or endorsed by Intuit. Use of QuickBooks Online and any other connected service is also governed by that provider's agreements and privacy terms.
Availability and warranties
The application is provided for internal business use on an as-available basis. Grout Geek does not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free recommendations. Important business and accounting decisions should be verified against source records and, when appropriate, reviewed by a qualified professional.
Disconnecting and ending access
The owner may disconnect QuickBooks Online from the application's Settings screen. The disconnect workflow revokes Intuit access and removes locally protected OAuth tokens after Intuit confirms revocation. Disconnecting does not delete QuickBooks Online records or the owner's separate local Grout Geek business records.
